We do not treat children or young adults under the age of 18.
Children will not be allowed to accompany you into the treatment rooms.
A consultation is provided with every treatment booked. A consultation fee/security deposit is taken at the time of booking to confirm the appointment. Consultations may be held face-to-face, online video or by telephone.
The security deposit/ consultation fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. You can reschedule your appointment with 48 hours notice.
Before carrying out any treatment, you will be assessed for suitability. It is your responsibility to ensure that you provide Dr Clare Aesthetics with all the relevant medical details prior to each treatment. A medical form will have to be filled out prior to the treatment.
You will be advised of the full costs of the treatment(s) and payment is taken, in full after the treatment.
Results cannot be guaranteed and therefore we cannot offer refunds if the results achieved fail to meet your expectations.
This is not applicable as Dr Clare Aesthetics does not issue returnable/refundable products.
Side Effects and Efficacy of products used e.g. neuro toxin and/or filler and /or skin boosters.
Please note that Dr Clare Aesthetics does not manufacture any products and only uses the products licensed in the UK.
Undesirable side effects may occur when using the product, therefore we are unable to offer any refunds in case of suffering from these effects, whether listed by the manufacturers and the UK regulatory body (MHRA) or not.
You will be asked to confirm that you have read through the consent form paperwork and be aware of the common side effects prior to engaging in treatment.
By having treatment from Dr Clare Aesthetics, you are agreeing to the purchase after making a conscious and informed decision that the efficacy may not meet your expectations and that there may be side effects which you experience that are not listed and agree that Dr Clare Aesthetics will not be liable to issue any refunds if the product does not meet your desired efficacy or results in any side effects, whether or not they are listed or by the manufacturers in the patient information leaflet or elsewhere.
